Yea. Still not sure how he never made it into Smash Bros. he also didn't appear in Super Star first. It was Super Star Ultra. So Bandana Dee is only about 9 years old as an actual boss. He did appear in Super Star in Megaton Punch. So I guess he is 21 as well.
